This washed Yirgacheffe comes from small, family-owned farms in the Gedeo region — the highland birthplace of coffee, where iron-rich, acidic volcanic soil and extreme altitude create ideal conditions for specialty-grade beans. After careful washing, the coffee cherries are dried on raised beds for even, controlled drying — a traditional process that locks in clarity and complexity.
Crisp, clean, and exotic, this African coffee delivers the bright, floral, tea-like cup Yirgacheffe is famous for. Fresh-ground, it releases jasmine, floral, and warm spice aromatics that hit your nose before your first sip.
