We’re a family-owned specialty coffee company based in Opelika, Alabama, started in 2004 by Sandy and Trish Toomer after nearly a decade of missionary work in Central and South America. What began as a small retail pop-up has grown into a roastery processing around 50,000 lbs. of green coffee a year — but the “family” part hasn’t changed. This is still Sandy, Trish, and the family they’ve built around them, roasting coffee they’d hand to you themselves, one batch at a time, in the same Alabama roastery they’ve called home for two decades.
