Toomer’s Coffee Roasters, Toomer’s Coffee, and/or ST Enterprises, LLC provide this website as is. We make no claims or warranties as to any products meeting any expectations. We simply tell you what we know based on our and others anecdotal experience with the products.
As far as our coffees go, we drink what we roast. If it’s offered for sale on this website it has passed the smell, sniff, sip, gulp and other un-scientific tests we run on our products daily. We believe our coffees are some of the best products on the specialty coffee market today.
We do not accept any returns of coffee. That includes all coffee(s) whether the bag seal has been broken or if the heat seal is not broken. Once it leaves the safe confines of our facility we we have no feasable way to ensure someone didn’t tamper with it and/or in some way malign the integrity of the coffee. Some people can be so creative and there are those in our society today with nothing better to do than to cause mischief and harm others. We’ll have none of that.
If you don’t like it or it didn’t meet your expectations, give it to someone at your next office party or White Elephant Party. We may gain a new customer 😉
