The name says it all.  Honduran Reserva Especíal is certainly special! This is a Medium Bodied, Naturally Processed (sun-dried), Fair Trade, offering from Toomer's Coffee. Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Arricha is a Grade 1 coffee (Ethiopia's highest grade) that is also Natural Processed (i.e sun dried) which produces the fruity, floral profile aromatics natural processed coffees in general are known for. The Yirgacheffee Woreda (District) is found within the Gedeo Zone, but the Yirgacheffe Coffee Growing Area includes surrounding Woredas that exhibit the floral, sweet, and stone-fruity flavor profilecharacteristic of a coffee from Yirgacheffe.

Our Brazilian Cerrado coffee is a Direct Trade offering accompanied by a nutty aroma with robust chocolate tones. One of our most popular Medium Bodied coffees.

Our NEWEST BLEND from Italy 🇮🇹! Trish and I visited a lot of coffee shops and roasters on a recent trip to Italy. There we found one espresso that had the wow-factor because of it's thick, silky, light brown crema on top. So we asked a lot of questions [in Italy] and then did our own research and came back and began playing with all of our coffees in different combinations for one year until we found just the perfect blend to generate our own version.

And now we present Espresso Crema Bella (Beautiful Crema) to you.

Toomer's Coffee original recipe Espresso Bravo Blend is a bold merge of Direct Trade Brazilian Cerrado, Rainforest Alliance Certified Costa Rican and SHB Colombian Supremo. The roast profile is a combination of City Roast, Full City, and French Roasts blended to our proprietary proportions.

Remember, Espresso is not a roast: It refers to the method of preparation, taken from the Italian, loosley transated, "Just for you". Actually you can use any roast when "pulling shots" of espresso. It's really a matter of personal preference. This is our original bolder blend from 2004. Check out our Espresso Crema Bella for a Medium Bodied option.

Experience the fusion of Sumatran richness and Rwandan vibrancy in our newest blend. Robust Sumatran earthiness intertwines with Rwandan's fruity zest, creating a harmonious cup.

For the "House Divided" - We now offer our newest coffee family member, Tuscaloosa City Blend due to popular demand. This is yet another TCR Premium Blend from Central and South American Arabica coffee beans. Medium Bodied

The word Supremo refers to the Colombian coffee grading scale, specifically the bean size. Supremo being the largest Colombian bean (screen size 17/18). Bottom Line: Bigger is better.

The term SHB, means "Strictly Hard Bean", which refers to the higher growing altitude, above 4500' ASL. Note: Sometimes you will also see the term "SHG" - Strictly High Grown" which is the same. Bottom line: Higher is better!

The result is matchless Colombian perfection!

This is our most popular proprietary Medium Bodied house blend. We combine Brazilian Cerrado and our Colombian Supremo SHB in a tweaked to perfection caramel and chocolate mouth feel.

This high-grown (SHB) Antigua coffee is roasted medium body, usually early into the second crack stage. Guatemala Antigua has a full body of flavor that is heavier than other Central American coffees. With a spicy twinge, this unique Guatemalan coffee proves velvety-rich in texture and aftertaste.

This Costa Rican SHB La Pastora coffee is harvested from the Tarrazu region. Hints of caramel, chocolate and orange, and high flavor acidity component. This is a Medium Bodied coffee.

Our Indian Monsooned Malabar is a very low acidity, thick and creamy; a smokey and earthy coffee. This is a medium roast so you get soft fruit tones as with a natural process coffee plus classic Indian spice notes.

Our Burka Estates Peaberry is a Full City Roast coffee with a Full Bodied Flavor profile. Grown high altitude (5 - 7000 feet above sea level) near Arusha, Tanzania it is also an SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) coffee which is superior to coffees grown at lower altitudes.

This Rwandan coffee comes to Toomer's Coffee Roasters from a group of 975 specialty coffee farmers that are members of the Kibirizi Coffee Washing Station. These specialty coffee farmers manage their farms which are located 1800 – 2500 meters above sea level. The Kibirizi Coffee Washing Station, located in Nyaza, Rwanda, is 325 hectares in size and produces 900 tons of coffee cherries annually.

This Ethiopian Sidamo Natural Process (Sun Dried) coffee is a FairTrade African coffee from family-owned farms of the Shanta Golba Cooperative.

Tasting notes are strawberry, pomegranate and jam with above average acidity and body! Enjoy!! As they in Swahili, "Kujivinjari"

Pronounced in our neck of the woods: Su-thun PEA-can, this is probably our #1 selling flavored coffee. It tastes just like it should, a nutty pecan aroma and married to a great Medium City Roast Latin American coffee. Yall will really like this one!
