Our unique Espresso Rub for all of your proteins such as steaks, chops, ribs, pork, chicken or turkey, for example, is a great way to add a distinctive savory touch.Ā
Trish and I both have been on the KETO diet very successfully for 18 months as I write this (since May 2018) with an emphasis on healthy proteins like grass fed beef and chicken.
The problem though is when you add the NON KETO sauces like ketchup, most steak sauces and so on which are sugar laden.Ā Yes our rub does have a dash of raw sugar BUT it is truly a dash and accounts for just at 10 grams of carbs in the entire container. Each container provides about 10 servings, so that's about 1 gram of carbs per serving!
Plus we use only organic, raw, non-GMO, un-refined sugar.
One of the other real upsides is the way our rub adds a nice brownish/red color to your meat or chicken from the combination of spices and our very finely ground, Toomer's Espresso Blend coffee.
