Welcome to our new and complete online coffee shop!

Each coffee has a unique flavor personality (aka “profile”) based on the altitude grown at, soil planted in and rainfall received. That’s why we roast each coffee individually, in small batches, so that each coffee’s personality doesn’t get compromised.  Sometimes referred to as artisan roasting, we roast every bean in our Diedrich Infrared roaster as orders are placed and ship within 24 hours of roasting. This ensures you get every pound of Toomer’s Coffee at the peak of their flavor spectrum.

We are in addition, growing into Direct Trade coffee as well.  The Direct Trade relationships we are establishing in Central & South America, Indonesia and Africa helps to ensure the sustainability to growers, farmers and pickers in the countries we work with.
